Why do you need to Register?
We require your registration as we need to check whether your card number is valid. We also need to get hold of you in order to send you your token number.
Note our Bank Details, create a beneficiary in your own bank with the number received on the registration email as reference and make payment to a Tshwane Prepaid account for the amount you want to recharge. Please send a notification to 079 183 8766 or admin@tshwaneprepaid .co.za, remember to use the number received on the registration email as reference to activate your purchase.
Why is the beneficiary reference important?
This is the only way we'll know that you have made a payment - it clearly identifies who you are within our system. We only accept original bank proof of payments. Please note that we wont be able to resolve any issues without a valid proof of payment. Once you have setup your beneficiary reference within your online banking all you need to do is make a EFT. The next time you need electricity, just make another EFT, no extra setting up is required.
Key in the token number that you will receive from us into your meter to recharge. Next time you want to recharge: Simply make a payment!!! In case of an emergency if you don't receive your token or for further information, contact us: EMERGENCY NUMBER - 079 183 8766
